Kafr a-Dik, Salfit District: Settlers cut all the branches off 125 olive trees, some of them decades old

On 15 March 2022, at around 11:30 A.M., farmer Ashraf Ahmad arrived at the plot of land he owns with his brothers. The security fence of the settlement of Bruchin was installed right next to the plot. Ahmad discovered settlers had cut off the branches of 50 decades-old trees. He also noticed some ancient trees were cut in the adjacent plot and informed its owner Iyad ‘Ali Ahmad (52). Iyad’ Ali Ahmad arrived the next day and discovered settlers had cut 50 ten-year-old olive trees and 25 decades-old trees.
