On 20 October 2021, several village residents discovered that settlers had stolen about 100 kilograms of olives they had picked and left in sacks on their land until the end of the harvest, as well as equipment left in the groves including eight tarpaulins, five ladders, two chainsaws, fence parts and buckets for collecting olives. The groves lie about a kilometer south of the village and are surrounded on three sides by the settlement of Shilo and the outposts of Ahiya and Shvut Rachel, which were established several hundred meters away.
